Make a reservation with us online or by phone, or LINE ID if you have the app!
After we receive your reservation form, we will send an email confirming your booking.
※ for reservations over a week, we will respond with a set discount price.
2. Airport Pickup
Upon arrival, one of our staff members will pick you up from the airport! Please inform us of your arrival date / arrival time / arrival flight when making your reservation. Please contact us if you are late for your arrival time or if for any reason you are not able to make it.
3. office visit / payment
We will take you to our airport office upon airport pickup and confirm matters such as driver’s license/I.D. check, insurance/compensation, charge of return, extension, accidents & precautions. We will have you pay in full for the period of use at this time. If any excess fees come up, we will refund the payments upon departure.

4. Vehicle overview / departure
We will give you a brief run through of the car (body, make, etc.), how to operate the car, and the equipment that comes with the car. From there, it’s all yours.. have a nice trip! yeewww♪

5. Rental return
When returning the vehicle, please fill the fuel to a full tank. At the rental store we will check for car details, fuel, and forgotten items. If there is are any excess fees, we will check upon return.
Please let us know 2 hours prior if there are any changes to your desired return time
